CorelDraw Basics: Creating vector fills using Photo-Paint Part 2

Continued from CorelDraw Basics: Creating vector fills using Photo-Paint Part 1

4. Ensure the vector object isn't selected, and then click the Fill button on the Object Properties docker.

5. Click Vector pattern fill, and then New from document.



The mouse pointer becomes a Crop symbol. Click and drag to select the area of the vector object. Click the icon that appears below the cropped area to Accept.



6. Click Save as new, and then input a name for the fill. Click OK.


The new fill is added to your Personal list of fills. You can then use the created pattern as a vector fill.
